Pricewaterhouse Cooper raises questions about Tote sale

Pricewaterhouse Cooper has notified the UK government that the sale of Tote for 320 million pounds is too low. They believe that the best method to sell the bookmaker would be some sort of auction.

Gala Coral has already offered 405 million pounds but the UK government seem intent on selling Tote to the racing industry for less.
