Coral Review: UK Licence, Sports App, Rewards Card and Account Rules

Coral's online sportsbook is run by LC International Limited, part of the Entain group, under a Gambling Commission licence it shares with Ladbrokes. What sets Coral apart is its app, with free-to-play Super Series games and a daily Reward Shaker, and its high-street shops, where a Coral Rewards card lets you pay cash in and take winnings out.

Who runs Coral?

This Coral review is built from the Gambling Commission's public register, Coral's UK general terms and help centre, the Coral Rewards terms and the Coral app listing on the UK App Store. Coral's terms name LC International Limited, registered in Gibraltar (company 46808), as the company you contract with online, and state that it is part of the Entain group.

The Commission register shows LC International Limited, account 54743, with remote licence 054743-R-330863-015 covering betting on real and virtual events, pool betting and betting intermediary services. On 22 October 2026 it recorded no regulatory actions for the account.

The same terms list the other brands the company runs in the UK, including Ladbrokes, bwin, Sportingbet, Gala and Foxy Bingo. Coral's shops are a separate business: the Rewards terms name Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming Limited, trading as Coral, a company registered in England.

What does the Coral app listing describe?

The Coral app listing covers football, horse racing, greyhounds, tennis, basketball, boxing and rugby. For football it describes a Bet Builder across more than 100 leagues and competitions, with cash out on selected markets, including selected Bet Builder markets.

For racing it lists win, each-way and special bets on UK, Irish and international meetings, betting in-race after the off, and live-streamed greyhound races. It states Best Odds Guaranteed on UK and Irish horse racing and on every UK greyhound race; the qualifying conditions could not be read from an official Coral page, so check them before you rely on them.

The listing gives Coral its own features: a daily Reward Shaker, an Odds Booster that the listing says works on hundreds of markets, and two free-to-play prediction games, Football Super Series and Horse Racing Super Series, which also award Coral Coins. These are the publisher's descriptions, not features tested here. The app needs iOS 18.0 or later and is rated 18+.

What stands out

  • A Coral Rewards card links your online account to Coral's shops for cash deposits and withdrawals.
  • The app adds free-to-play Super Series games and a daily Reward Shaker.
  • Bet in-race lets you bet on horse racing after the off, according to the listing.
  • Customer funds are held in a separate client account rated high protection in the terms.

Points to check

  • Coral and Ladbrokes share one licence, one set of UK terms and the same account rules.
  • Coral's help centre (read 21 October 2026) says withdrawals are first approved within about 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and then take from instantly to five banking days depending on the method; the monthly limits for cash in Coral shops are not published in the pages read here.
  • Best Odds Guaranteed, Odds Booster and Reward Shaker conditions could not be read from an official page.
  • UK customers can deposit at most £2,000 in a single transaction, whatever the method.

How does the Coral Rewards card work?

The Coral Rewards card is free for adults. You register at the counter of a Coral shop with your name and mobile number, confirm a code sent to your phone, and set a PIN; the shop may ask for ID.

Linked to a Coral.co.uk account, the card turns it into what the terms call a multi-channel account. You can then pay cash into the account at any Coral shop and withdraw cash from it there, by showing the card at the counter. In-shop deposits and withdrawals are cash only, and monthly limits apply that the shop staff can tell you about.

One rule is easy to miss. Money deposited or won online has to be staked online before it can be taken out as cash in a shop: deposit £10 online and you must bet £10 online before you can withdraw £10 over the counter.

In-shop offers on the card each have their own rules, available from the shop team. A shop self-exclusion runs for a renewable 12 months, and the terms say it suspends the Rewards card when the details can be matched.

Which payments and account rules apply at Coral?

Coral's help centre confirms withdrawals by Visa debit, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay (paid back to the card behind it), a paysafecard account, Pay by Bank and bank transfer. Coral charges no deposit fees under its terms, although a payment provider may charge its own.

UK customers cannot deposit with a credit card, or with a card issued by a money service business. A single deposit is capped at £2,000. An account may use at most three payment methods over a rolling 30 days, not counting cash in shops or prepaid cards, and every method must be in your own name.

Coral must verify your name, address and date of birth before you can deposit or bet. Deposit limits can be set per day, week or month; a lower limit applies at once and a higher one only after 24 hours. An account with no cash bets for 13 months becomes inactive. Disputes that end in deadlock with Coral can go to IBAS, the independent adjudicator.

Coral or Ladbrokes: what is actually different?

Less than the two brands suggest. Both are run online by LC International Limited under the same licence, with word-for-word identical UK terms, the same help-centre answers on payments, verification and cash out, and a matching shop card, Club Ladbrokes Rewards at Ladbrokes.

What differs is the app and the promotions around it. Coral's listing leads with the Super Series games, Coral Coins and the Reward Shaker; the Ladbrokes review covers the features its own listing names. The shared ownership matters for safer gambling. Under the terms, a self-exclusion applies only to the brand you ask, unless you ask for it to cover every Entain brand, so choose that option if you want Ladbrokes closed too.

Coral: the summaryCoral

Withdrawal times vary by method and offer terms were not published in the pages read, so check them before you bet. 18+. BeGambleAware.
