Betting Tools – Odds Converter, Bet Calculator and Each-Way Calculator
Three calculators for UK prices: one converts odds between formats, one settles singles, multiples and full-cover bets, and one works out each-way returns with place terms, Rule 4 and dead heats.

Which calculator do you need?
Pick the tool by the question you have about your bet.
- Bet calculator
This bet calculator settles 14 UK bet types, from singles and accumulators to Lucky 15, Yankee, Trixie, Patent and Goliath, so it works as a lucky 15 calculator, an acca calculator and a yankee calculator in one. Enter the prices and results and it shows how many bets you have, the total staked and your returns. Bookmaker promotions and free bets are not included.
- Each-way calculator
An each-way bet is two equal bets, one on the win and one on the place, so the stake doubles. Enter the price, the stake per part and the place terms and the calculator shows what a win pays, what a place pays and the total staked, with Rule 4 and dead heats covered.
- Odds converter
Enter a price as 11/4, evens, 3.75, +175 or −200 and the odds converter shows it as fractional, decimal and American odds, with the implied chance to two decimal places. Use it for fractional to decimal odds, American odds to decimal and every way round.
Which tool settles which bet?
Match the bet on your slip to the tool. All three accept the same price formats.
| Bet on your slip | Use | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| A single at a price you want in another format | Odds converter | Fractional, decimal and American odds and the implied chance |
| A single each-way bet | Each-way calculator | Return if it wins, return if it only places, total staked; Rule 4 and dead heats |
| A double, treble or accumulator (up to 20 selections) | Bet calculator | Number of bets, total staked and the return |
| A Trixie, Patent, Yankee, Lucky 15 or a larger full-cover bet | Bet calculator | The bets inside it and the return for the results you enter |
| Any multiple placed each-way | Bet calculator | Win and place lines counted twice, as on the slip |
What do the tools work out, and what do they leave out?
Each tool takes the price as you see it on a betting slip, in fractional (11/4), decimal (3.75), American (+175) or evens, and keeps full precision through every line of the bet. Results are rounded to the penny only at the end, so a long multiple is not distorted by rounding each leg along the way.

The calculators settle the bet itself: stakes, win and place parts, place terms, Rule 4 deductions and dead-heat shares. They do not add bookmaker promotions such as Lucky 15 consolation bonuses, acca insurance or price boosts, because those differ from one bookmaker to the next and change often. Check the terms of the bet you placed for those.
Nothing on these pages is a bookmaker price or a tip. The prices you type are your own, and an implied chance is the probability a price represents, not a forecast of the result.
How do you check a settled bet in three steps?
- Copy the price you were given at the time you placed the bet, not the price shown now.
- Enter the stake as the bookmaker counts it: per line for multiples, per part for each-way bets.
- Add any Rule 4 deduction or dead heat shown on your bet history, then compare the total return.
Betting tools: common questions
Which price formats can I type?
Fractional (11/4), decimal (3.75), American (+175 or −200) and evens. The same price gives the same result in every format.
Do the calculators save or send the prices I enter?
No. They run entirely in your browser, and the stakes and prices you enter are not stored or transmitted.
Do they include bookmaker promotions?
No. Lucky 15 consolation bonuses, acca insurance and price boosts differ between bookmakers and change often, so the tools settle the bet without them. Free bets are not modelled either.
Is the result what the bookmaker will pay?
It is the standard settlement for the terms you enter. A bookmaker's own rules, offer conditions or a maximum payout can change the final figure, so use the result as a check.
