This Unibet review covers what the bookmaker's own pages, its terms and the Gambling Commission register say today. Unibet is a UK-licensed bookmaker run by Platinum Gaming Limited (account 45322), with Premier League football odds linked and a horse racing section on its homepage and an app on the UK App Store. Nothing here was tested with real money, and there is no score.
The App Store listing lists a bet builder, cash out, in-play betting, live streaming through Unibet TV and daily enhanced odds, all as the publisher's own description. Cash out and several racing terms carry exclusions that are covered below.
The homepage links to Premier League football odds and gives horse racing its own section for rules and guides. The homepage does not describe how the bet builder works, so the listing is the only description we have.
The app listing says the bet builder covers "football and all major sports". It describes cash out as available on "thousands of markets" and says Unibet TV lets customers "watch and bet simultaneously". Those are marketing statements from the publisher. Which events have a stream or a cash out price changes by fixture and is visible only in the account.
The homepage shows logos for Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Revolut Pay and Trustly, and says deposits can be made by debit card linked to the account.
On withdrawals, the terms set a standard minimum of £5 in section 11.4. Customers below that can ask Customer Support to withdraw the full balance. Section 11.2 says money goes "to the debit card or online payment service with which You originally deposited". Section 11.6 says Unibet makes no charge for withdrawals to online payment services. A bank or card provider may charge separately.
The homepage adds that customers must enter the account password and re-verify payment details before transferring funds. Unibet's help page on withdrawal via card, read on 3 November 2026, gives an average processing time of a few minutes to one banking day, a £5 minimum and no fees. It gives no limits for other methods.
Customers must be 18 or over. The homepage says Unibet asks for a photo of identification at registration, and section 6.6 of the terms bars deposits, withdrawals and gambling until name, address and date of birth are verified.
Section 8.1 allows one account per brand. Extra accounts are treated as duplicates and can be closed, with related winnings and promotions voided. Section 18.1 allows a £5 monthly fee on accounts inactive for 12 months.

Unibet publishes racing rules separately from the general terms. Rule 18 says that when a horse is withdrawn before coming under starter's orders, stakes on that selection are refunded. Rule 26 divides the stake on a winning selection by the number of winners in a dead heat for first place, with full odds paid on the reduced stake.
Rule 27 says that when a selection is withdrawn before the start, the remaining selections "may be subject to this Rule 4", so winnings on other horses can be reduced by a percentage that depends on the withdrawn horse's price. The App Store listing also describes a Best Odds Guaranteed feature: "Back a horse at Unibet and if the SP is bigger, we'll pay you out at the bigger price." We have not tested it, and the rules page we read did not use that phrase, so check the live terms of the promotion.
The Commission register shows Platinum Gaming Limited, account 45322, holding remote licence 045322-R-324275-020 since 12 July 2016. The activities are general betting (real and virtual events) and pool betting, alongside bingo and casino. The head office entry is Kindred London Ltd in London. The app's seller on the UK App Store is Kindred (London) Limited.
On 22 September 2025 the Commission decided a sanction against the licensee: a warning, a £10 million financial penalty and an extra licence condition. It found breaches between January 2023 and May 2024 of anti-money-laundering licence conditions and of a customer interaction code provision, and noted that the licensee cooperated. The licence remains active on the register.
Section 30 of the general terms sets out the complaints route. A complaint goes to customer support first, and Unibet says it will reply within eight weeks at most. If it is not resolved to your satisfaction in that time, it becomes a dispute that you can refer free of charge to eCOGRA, the alternative dispute resolution service Unibet names.
You can close your own account at any time, according to section 17. Section 18 covers accounts left unused: after 12 consecutive months an account becomes inactive, and after at least 30 days' notice and an attempt to return the balance to your last payment method, Unibet may deduct a £5 monthly fee until the balance reaches zero. Logging in reactivates the account.
Unibet is a Commission-licensed bookmaker with football, racing, a bet builder, cash out outside racing and a UK iPhone app, according to its own pages.
